The Pallet Gate, also referred to as a Rollover Gate, is purposely made to adhere to WHS standards when accessing pallets on Raised Storage Areas and Mezzanine Floors. This user-friendly gate enables a pallet to be inserted from a lower level by using a forklift. After the pallet has been put in place, you can easily roll over the gate to open up access to the pallet on the elevated side, thus providing a safe barrier for workers.

We endeavour to deliver the goods between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days)

A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.

HAND UNLOAD

In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the ReadyRack truck.

Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.

We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
