Warranty Coverage
ReadyRack warrants that all products sold by ReadyRack will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers:
- Structural integrity and manufacturing defects in the product
- Failure of materials or components due to normal use and within the product’s intended design
- Defects in parts that affect the product’s performance, usability, or durability under normal operating conditions
What is Not Covered?
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, or discolouration from prolonged use or environmental exposure
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or modification of the product
- Accidental damage such as dents, knocks, or falls, or damage caused by external forces
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions, corrosion from excessive humidity or water exposure, or improper storage of the product Damage caused by the use of accessories or parts that are not approved by ReadyRack
- Labour or installation costs incurred in the replacement or repair of defective parts
- Products that have been resold, transferred, or rented
Warranty Claim Process

2. Assessment and Approval
Our customer service team will assess your claim and may request photos, videos, or a site visit (if applicable) to verify the defect. Once approved, ReadyRack will determine the appropriate course of action: repair, replacement, or refund.
3. Repair or Replacement
If the product is found to be defective, ReadyRack will repair the defective product or replace it with a new or reconditioned product of the same type or a similar model if the original product is no longer available.
Limitations of Liability
- This warranty is exclusive and is the sole remedy for the customer. ReadyRack will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or failure of our products.
- ReadyRack's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product and will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners, unless explicitly authorised by ReadyRack in writing.
Legal Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights. However, it does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law, including any rights regarding products that are faulty or not as described.
